Barrack Obama has assured the moms to go back to school and the government will cover the expenses. The aim behind this plan is to make college education available to all and the moms are the one who are likely to miss the opportunity in going to school/college.

A fund of $5500 Federal Scholarships

Federal Pell Grant has been raised to $5500 to make the moms not to worry about the financial need. The moms are targeted because they are the ones who are worst affected by the lack of time and money.
